Selection in the vineyard, gentle pressing of the grapes; 12 hours after the start of maceration, the must is drawn off and fermented at 16-18°C. Maturation for two months in INOX steel tanks at a controlled temperature; filtering and bottling. Further maturation for at least 2 months in the bottle.
